Our world class support is available when you need it. We offer a wide range of support options based on your needs. With online, phone, and email support, we will make sure your problems get solved with as little delay as possible.

Our support services are offered on a per-incident basis. Incidents are defined as:

  • A single support issue and the reasonable effort that is needed to resolve it.
  • A single support issue is a problem that cannot be separated into subordinate issues.
  • If a support issue can be separated into subordinate issues, each subordinate issue will be considered as a separate incident.
  • If Bia Creations determines that the incident is the result of a defect in a Bia Creations product, the customer is not charged for that incident.

Support can be purchased for:

  • $250 per incident during normal business hours
  • $500 per incident outside of normal business hours

Support Hours

Business hours are defined as 9am - 6pm Central Time, Monday through Friday, exclusive of the following holidays:

  • New Year's Day
  • President's Day
  • Nationally recognized day of Good Friday
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day (US)
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Day after Thanksgiving
  • Christmas Day
  • Day after Christmas Day
